  1. Preheat the oven to 375
  2. Cream together the shortening and honey
  3. Then add the egg and beat well
  4. Stir together baking soda
  5. Cinnamon
  6. Nutmeg
  7. And salt
  8. Add this mixture alternately with the zucchini to the egg mixture
  9. Stir in the oatmeal and raisins
  10. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets
  11. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes
