Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Grease a 9-inch square baking dish
  3. Put the zucchini slices in a medium saucepan
  4. Add enough water just to cover
  5. Cook over medium heat until tender
  6. Drain and set aside
  7. In a large bowl
  8. Mix together the flour
  9. Oats
  10. And brown sugar
  11. Cut in the butter using a pastry blender until the mixture is crumbly
  12. Pat half of this crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish
  13. Bake for 10 minutes
  14. Remove from oven
  15. Place cooked zucchini slices on baked crust
  16. Sprinkle lemon juice
  17. Sugar
  18. And cinnamon over filling
  19. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over the top
  20. Bake 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden brown
  21. Serve warm
