  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. In a large bowl
  3. Mix all meat loaf ingredients until well blended
  4. Press mixture into ungreased 9 1 / 2-inch deep-dish glass pie plate
  5. Bake 35 minutes
  6. Meanwhile
  7. In a small bowl
  8. Mix all topping ingredients
  9. Remove meat loaf from the oven
  10. Pour off drippings
  11. Spread topping over loaf
  12. Return to the oven
  13. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until thoroughly cooked in center and meat thermometer reads 160
  14. Let stand 5 minutes before serving for juices to set up
