  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl
  3. Mix all the meatloaf ingredients until well blended
  4. Then press this mixture into an ungreased 9 1 / 2 inch deep dish glass pie plate
  5. Bake for 35 minutes
  6. Meanwhile
  7. In a small bowl
  8. Mix all the topping ingredients well
  9. After the 35 minutes remove meatloaf from the oven
  10. And pour topping on the meatloaf
  11. Spreading evenly
  12. Return the meatloaf to oven
  13. And bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked in center
  14. And a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees
  15. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
