  1. Saute zucchini in 3 tablespoons olive oil until lightly browned
  2. Drain
  3. Place in 1-1 / 2 quart casserole
  4. Combine marinara sauce
  5. Wine
  6. Remaining oil
  7. Garlic
  8. Basil and oregano in small saucepan
  9. Stir well
  10. Simmer for 15 minutes
  11. Stirring occasionally
  12. Spoon sauce over zucchini
  13. Mix well
  14. Sprinkle cheese over sauce
  15. Cover
  16. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes
  17. Bake
  18. Uncovered
  19. For 5 minutes longer
