this is my mom's recipe and our family loves it. all the different spices give this lots of flavour and the zucchini makes it really moist.

Steps

  1. Mix the eggs
  2. Sugar
  3. Zucchini
  4. Oil and vanilla together
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and combine
  6. Pour into greased pans
  7. Bake in 350f oven:
  8. 2 loaves 50-60 minutes
  9. 24 muffins 25 minutes
