here is a simple and beautiful side dish that goes great with fish or chicken. simple yet elegant. from cuisine at home.

  1. Julienne just the outsides of each zucchini lengthwise using a mandoline or by hand
  2. Discard seed core
  3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
  4. Add zucchini and saut 3 minutes
  5. Or until soft
  6. Season with lemon juice
  7. Salt and pepper
