  1. Preheat oven to 350f
  2. Grease a pie plate
  3. In medium saucepan boil zucchini until soft
  4. 10-15 minutes
  5. Mash into colander
  6. Mix remaining ingredients
  7. Add zucchini
  8. Spoon into pie plate and then bake 30-45 minutes
