  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place oil and garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat
  3. Saute until garlic is browned
  4. Add onion and zucchini
  5. Toss well with garlic oil
  6. Gently stirring
  7. Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings
  8. Turn into a 2-quart baking dish
  9. Cover and bake for 20 minutes
  10. Remove from oven and sprinkle on cheeses
  11. Cover casserole and let sit for 2 minutes or until cheese melts- serve immediately
