  1. Heat oil in a heavy skillet
  2. Add zucchini
  3. Onion and garlic and saute over medium heat
  4. Turning often
  5. Until zucchini is lightly browned on both sides and onion is golden
  6. Add mushrooms and thyme
  7. Saute for 2 more minutes or until zucchini is crisply tender
  8. Add the wine
  9. Cook
  10. Stirring
  11. Over medium heat until wine is somewhat reduced
  12. About 1 minute
