zucchini fruit square


this is a recipe i have had for about twenty years and filed it away and just came across it again today. i made it just to refresh my memory and it is very good. i got this recipe from an old relative.

  1. Cream margarine and sugars
  2. Add eggs and vanilla and beat
  3. Mix fruit and raisins with dry ingredients
  4. Add dry ingredients and zucchini to creamed mixture
  5. Grease a jelly roll pan
  6. 15 1 / 2" x 10 1 / 2"
  7. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
  8. Ice when cool
  9. Icing
  10. Beat cream cheese
  11. Icing sugar
  12. Butter and vanilla until light and fluffy
