zucchini fries

  1. Cut zucchini in half widthwise
  2. Then cut each half lengthwise into 8 wedges
  3. Set aside
  4. In bowl combine the flour
  5. Onion salt
  6. Oregano and garlic powder
  7. Combine the egg
  8. Milk and oil
  9. Stir into the dry ingredients just until blended
  10. Dip zucchini wedges in batter
  11. Then roll in crushed cereal
  12. In a deep fryer or electric frypan
  13. Heat oil to 375 degrees
  14. Fry zucchini wedges
  15. A few at a time
  16. For 3-4 minutes or until golden brown
  17. Drain on paper towels
  18. Delicious !
