Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 325
  2. To the remaining batter add eggs
  3. Baking powder
  4. Oil
  5. Baking soda
  6. Milk
  7. Vanilla
  8. 1 cup sugar
  9. Flour
  10. Salt
  11. Pudding
  12. 2 tsp cinnamon
  13. Zucchini
  14. And nuts
  15. Grease bottom and sides of 2 large loaf pans or spray with pam
  16. Mix cup sugar and 1-1 / 2 tsp cinnamon in a small bowl
  17. Dust the insides of each of the pans with half of the mixture
  18. Making sure to cover the bottom and sides well
  19. Pour batter evenly into the 2 pans and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture over top of the batter
  20. Bake for about 75 minutes but start checking after 50 minutes
  21. Remove when toothpick comes out clean
  22. Cool until the bread loosens from the pan easily
  23. Turn onto serving dish
  24. May be served warm or cold
  25. Enjoy
