Steps

  1. Place the zucchini in a 1 1 / 2 quart casserole
  2. Dot with butter
  3. Bake at 400f until the zucchini is partially cooked but still crisp
  4. About 15 minutes
  5. Combine the milk
  6. Eggs
  7. Salt
  8. Garlic salt
  9. And pepper
  10. Pour over zucchini
  11. Sprinkle with paprika
  12. Set casserole in a shallow pan
  13. Filling pan to 1 inch with hot water
  14. Bake at 350f
  15. Until a knife inserted halfway between the center and edge comes out clean
  16. About 40 minutes
