  1. In a bowl
  2. Combine flour
  3. Sugar
  4. Cinnamon and salt
  5. Cut in butter until crumbly
  6. Reserve 3 cups
  7. Pat remaining crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased 13x9x2 baking pan
  8. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes
  9. Meanwhile
  10. For filling
  11. Place zucchini and lemon juice in a saucepan
  12. Bring to a boil
  13. Reduce heat
  14. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes or until zucchini is crisp - tender
  15. Stir in sugar
  16. Cinnamon and nutmeg
  17. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes
  18. Spoon over crust
  19. Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture
  20. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes or until golden
