Steps

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat
  2. Stir in red onion
  3. Salt and pepper
  4. And cook about 5 minutes
  5. Stir in zucchini and cook 3- 5 minutes
  6. Mix in garlic and tomatoes
  7. Continue cooking
  8. Stirrring occasionally
  9. Til it starts to boil
  10. Stir corn and cream into mixture
  11. Reduce heat to low
  12. And continue cooking
  13. Stirring occasionally til thick and bubbly
  14. 15- 2 minutes
