Steps

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Greas large loaf pan and dust with flour
  3. Whisk together the egg
  4. Egg white
  5. Buttermilk and oil
  6. In large bowl
  7. Combine the flour
  8. Whole-wheat flour
  9. Splenda granules
  10. Cinnamon
  11. Baking soda and salt
  12. Gently mix the wet and dry ingredients together
  13. Stir in the zucchini and cranberries inches pour in to the prepared loaf pan
  14. Bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
