  1. Combine bread crumbs adn parmesan cheese
  2. Place flour in shallow dish
  3. Beat 2 eggs and set aside
  4. Heat 2 tbsp butter in skillet over medium heat
  5. Season zuccchini with salt and pepper
  6. Dredge in flour
  7. Beaten egg
  8. Then bread crumb mixture
  9. Saute until golden brown
