a decadent brownie like toh recipe that does not use flour! its creator, peggy gwillim, says it is gluten free. serve with ice cream or alone. a strawberry or raspberry syrup with fresh berries looks and tastes great also. this is baked in a spring form
this is a staple for the portuguese. the marinating time is not included. also.....the program does not recognize piri piri....so i put tabasco in...but please try to use the piri piri...it will give the authentic taste.
you would not believe that this dish is actually vietnamese! even my meat and potatoes husband loves it! my recommendation is to have plenty of white rice on hand since the sauce is so tasty! great as part of an asian meal.
