  1. Crumble and brown the sausage
  2. Drain and reserve the drippings
  3. Add browned sausage
  4. Potatoes
  5. Egg
  6. And about a tablespoon of drippings in a bowl
  7. Add salt to taste
  8. Form into 4 patties
  9. And fry in some of the reserved drippings
  10. Browning both sides
  11. Serve hot
