  1. Make the fromage blanc by blending the ricotta cheese
  2. The yogurt and the salt for 30 seconds in a blender
  3. Put into a covered bowl and chill for at least 12 hours
  4. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  5. Dust a pizza stone or a heavy baking sheet with the cornmeal
  6. Whisk together the fromage blanc
  7. Egg and 1 tablespoon of flour
  8. Fry bacon in olive oil until done
  9. Remove bacon from pan
  10. Cool a little bit
  11. And break into small pieces
  12. Add onion slices to remaining oil and fry until soft
  13. Lay the puff pastry on pizza stone or baking sheet
  14. Spread fromage blanc mixture to within a 3 / 4 inch from the edge
  15. Top with onion slices
  16. Bacon pieces and grated cheese
  17. Brush the edge of the dough with water
  18. Bake in 425 degree oven until golden brown
  19. Serve hot
