my grandma makes the best swedish pancakes in the world, and this is her recipe. it's originally from an old swedish cookbook. serve with whipped butter and lingonberries if you want the full swedish effect. yum!

these loaves are so good! they keep well in the freezer. i like to store my overly ripe bananas in the freezer so i always have some on hand for bread. they (bananas) look pretty gross when you thaw them out, but they work great!
these are great as part of a saturday or sunday football game buffet. they go great with cold beer. sometimes i even add ground beef after the bean dip, but before the cheese. and there are other times when we make these as a meal instead of just a snack.
