  1. Beat eggs until light and fluffy
  2. Add salt and sugar
  3. Stir well
  4. Add the flour and beat well
  5. Add milk gradually
  6. Melt butter in skillet
  7. Medium heat and add batter
  8. Pancakes should be much thinner than normal american style
  9. Flip to cook both sides
  10. Pancakes will be brown in spots when they are done
  11. Enjoy !
