Steps

  1. Preheat a fry pan with 2 tbs of butter in the pan until butter is melted
  2. Fry the steaks in the pan until golden
  3. A few minutes should do
  4. Add crme frache and mustard to the pan
  5. Let simmer on med-low for about 2-3 minutes
  6. Season with salt & pepper
  7. Garnish with parsley if desired
