  1. In a large bowl
  2. Combine and mix thouroughly 1 / 2 cup of the soup
  3. Beef
  4. Breadcrumbs
  5. Egg
  6. Onion
  7. Salt and nutmeg
  8. Shape mixture firmly into an 8x4 inch loaf and place in a shallow baking pan
  9. Bake at 375 f for 1 hr and 15 min in small saucepan
  10. Combine remaining soup and sour cream
  11. Heat until warmed through
  12. Serve over meatloaf
