  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl by hand
  2. Form golf ball sized meatballs
  3. Put in frying pan with evoo and brown
  4. Drain all meatballs on paper towel
  5. While cooking meatballs in batches
  6. I start making the sauce
  7. In large pot combine all but the sour cream
  8. Simmer low for 20 minutes
  9. Once brown sugar dissolves then add sour cream
  10. Add meatballs once sour cream is blended into sauce
  11. Simmer low with all meatballs about 30-45minutes or crock pot low for 4 hours
  12. Serve with crusty bread to dip !
