  1. Meatballs:
  2. Mix dry ingredients together
  3. Combine well meat
  4. Eggs and dry ingredient mix
  5. Roll in the palm of your hands a quarter to loonie size balls
  6. Put into a lightly greased pan
  7. Preheat oven at 350 and cook for 30 minutes
  8. Drain and add to sauce in the crock-pot
  9. Sauce:
  10. While meat is cooking
  11. Combine all ingredients in a crockpot
  12. Cook in crock-pot on low for 4 hours
  13. Stirring occasionally
