  1. Place the beets
  2. Apple
  3. Onion
  4. Crme frache
  5. Beet juice
  6. Salt and pepper in a bowl and mix together gently with a spoon until well combined
  7. Lightly butter the bread slice and place the salad greens on it
  8. Top with the beet salad
  9. Place the sliced meatballs on top of the beet salad
  10. Serve immediately
  11. With a knife and fork
