  1. Mix thoroughly ground beef
  2. Egg
  3. Onion
  4. Bread crumbs
  5. Salt nutmeg and 1 / 2 can cream of mushroom
  6. Shape into loaf
  7. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 1 hour
  8. Blend the remaining 1 / 2 can of cream of mushroom soup and sour cream
  9. Heat and serve over loaf
