  2. Use regular crust setting
  3. Alternately
  4. Use the machine through the first rise and remove dough from machine
  5. Place on a floured surface and shape to fit a loaf pan
  6. Or into a round or oblong for free-form loaf
  7. Cover and let rise for 1 hour
  8. Bake in 375f oven for 40-45 minutes
