this is another one of the gems from an old pillsbury mini cookbook. easy and delicious. looks wonderful on a holiday cookie tray.

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease and flour 13 x9 pan
  3. I use bakers joy spray
  4. In a large bowl combine cake mix
  5. Nuts
  6. Butter and egg
  7. Beat on low speed until crumbly
  8. Press evenly in prepared pan
  9. Spread with raspberry jam
  10. Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown
  11. Combine glaze ingredients until smooth
  12. Add additional water a drop at a time for desired consistency
  13. Drizzle over warm shortbread
  14. Cool completely
  15. Cut into bars
