i love ham loaf. this looks like a good appetizer version of a favorite so i am putting here for safe keeping! servings is approximate depending on size of ham balls.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan
  3. Mix together ham
  4. Pork
  5. Breadcrumbs
  6. Eggs and milk
  7. Form mixture into small meatballs about the size of walnuts and place in prepared pan
  8. Combine brown sugar
  9. Dry mustard
  10. Vinegar and water
  11. Stir until sugar dissolves and pour over meatballs
  12. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr or until done
