  1. Mix shredded cabbage
  2. Bell pepper
  3. Onion
  4. Mustard seed
  5. And celery seed in a bowl with a cover
  6. Set aside
  7. In a saucepan
  8. Bring sugar
  9. Vinegar
  10. And oil to a boil
  11. And pour over cabbage while hot
  12. Do not stir cabbage mixture until cold
  13. Cover and place in the refrigerator
  14. This will keep for several days
