  1. In a medium bowl
  2. Beat eggs with 1 cup of milk until well blended
  3. Then stir in salt
  4. Sugar & flour to make a smooth batter
  5. Stir in remainder of milk
  6. Blending until smooth
  7. Then set batter aside for 10 minutes
  8. Preheat oven to 400 degrees f
  9. Then butter a 8"x12" baking dish
  10. Stir the batter slightly
  11. Then pour into prepared baking dish
  12. Bake for 30 minutes
  13. Or until pancake is golden brown & puffy
  14. Serve immediately topped with jam or fruit puree
