  1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat
  2. Stir until all the sugar is completely dissolved
  3. Remove from heat and let cool
  4. Pour the cooled vinegar into a jar
  5. Seal and refrigerate
  6. Allow to marinate six hours
  7. Or overnight
