  1. Cook chicken over mdeium high heat
  2. Set aside
  3. Add broth
  4. Juice
  5. Onion and rice to same pan
  6. Cover and cook over low heat: 10 minutes
  7. Return chicken to skillet
  8. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until chicken and rice are cooked
  9. Stir in parsley prior to serving
