Steps

  1. Heat butter and water to a boil
  2. Add flour salt and sugar stir and cook till mixture pulls from pan
  3. Cool one minute
  4. Spray cookie sheets with non stick spray
  5. I also cover the sheets with foil first
  6. "this is so the puffs wont stick and get holes in the bottoms"
  7. Add eggs
  8. One at a time
  9. Beating after each until smooth
  10. Drop by teaspoon to cookie sheet
  11. Bake at 400f for 20 minutes
  12. Open and bake for another 10 minutes
  13. Or until dry
