  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
  2. In a large mixing bowl
  3. Combine all ingredients except the broth
  4. Form meat into a loaf and place in a lightly greased loaf pan
  5. Pour the broth over the top of the loaf and bake for 1 hour
  6. Basting periodically
  7. When finished
  8. Cut into slices and spoon the juices from the bottom of the pan over the meat
