this is a nice and simple recipe, the most time consuming thing is preparing the apples. the topping is nice and crunchy. different fruits, such as dried cranberries, raisins, rhubarb or any type of berry could be added for a unique taste.

this is a very filling and tastefully seasoned breakfast dish for groups or large families. i doubted that i would like the salmon, but it really makes this dish stand out and is suitable for vegetarians who eat fish. i prefer this with the swiss cheese
i'm really picky when it comes to meatloaf. this is the best i have ever made. it doesn't fall apart easily and doesn't take forever to cook. my 2 year old ate 3 slices and 2 slices the next day for lunch. huge hit. most meatloaf recipes call for 2lb
