  1. Mix all ingredients except almonds and form to shape of a pine cone on serving tray
  2. Starting at the"bottom" of the pine cone lay almonds down flat on cream cheese with narrow end at bottom and wider
  3. Rounded end at top
  4. Continue with more rows of almonds across the pinecone
  5. Slightly overlapping each row on the previous row
  6. Remember that branch the pine cone was hanging from ?
  7. Place your piece of evergreen like that
  8. "obviously
  9. Dont use something poisonous or you can use a piece of silk evergreen"
  10. They make some very attractive ones now
  11. Or skip all that
  12. Form it into a ball and roll it in chopped pecans
  13. Serve at room temperature
