  1. In saucepan
  2. Combine rice and 1 1 / 4 cups water
  3. Bring to boil
  4. Cover and reduce heat to low
  5. Cook for 25 minutes or until rice is tender
  6. With fork
  7. Stir in rice vinegar and sesame seeds
  8. Meanwhile
  9. Line 8-inch round or 8-inch square cake pan with plastic wrap
  10. With spatula
  11. Press rice firmly and evenly into pan
  12. Let cool completely
  13. Turn out onto flat serving plate
  14. Top with layer of avocado slices
  15. Using scissors
  16. Cut nori into thin strips
  17. Sprinkle over avocado
  18. Arrange crabmeat
  19. Cucumber and ginger over top
  20. Stir together mayonnaise
  21. Milk and wasabi powder
  22. Drizzle over top
  23. Cut into wedges to serve
