Steps

  1. Slice potatoes into a large serving bowl
  2. Coarsely chop eggs with the potatoes
  3. In a small mixing bowl
  4. Combine remaining ingredients
  5. Pour dressing over potatoes and eggs
  6. Stir gently to coat all
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature
