yummy and reminds me of grandma's house at christmas. many recipes are similar to this one but this one is the best by far. you can use all butter but the shortening helps to brown and crisp the shortbread shell.
i had made a wonderful baked ziti based loosely on a zaar recipe, but it's since changed so i want to post it myself! you can sub a jar of pasta sauce plus a can of diced tomatoes instead of making the sauce for a quick meal.
