Steps

  1. "bake potatoes as they dont get soggy like boiled ones
  2. Cool to handle"
  3. Peel and cut in large chunks
  4. Use large bowl to mix potatoes
  5. Celery
  6. Pickles
  7. Onion and eggs
  8. Mix carefully so as not to mash potatoes
  9. Mix dressing by mixing last 4 ingredients together in a small bowl or just add to salad bowl & mix
  10. Stir to coat all ingredients and taste for saltiness
  11. Chill several hours or overnight
  12. Taste for seasoning & add more of anything you like
  13. If too dry add more mayo
  14. Delicious !
