  1. Peel potatoes and cut into 1 / 2 inch cubes
  2. Mix oil
  3. Vinegar
  4. Salt
  5. Sugar and garlic
  6. Pour over warm potatoes
  7. Refrigerate until cool
  8. When ready to serve
  9. Mix dill and mayo together and toss with potatoes onions
  10. And radishes
  11. Garnish with a few radish slices and green onion sprigs if desired
