Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350f
  2. Spray two 8 1 / 2 x 4 1 / 2 inch loaf pans with pam
  3. Saut onion
  4. Celery
  5. Carrot & garlic in canola oil until softened: about 8 minutes
  6. Add basil
  7. Oregano
  8. Rosemary
  9. Salt & pepper to veggies
  10. Saut briefly to release the flavor of the herbs
  11. Remove from heat & cool
  12. In a large bowl combine veggie mixture w / bread crumbs eggs
  13. Cream
  14. Sun dried tomatoes
  15. Ketchup
  16. Cheeses & turkey
  17. Mix by hand until incorporated then mound into loaf pans
  18. Bake 1 hour
  19. Cool slightly
  20. Cut & serve
  21. Enjoy !
