  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees
  2. Mash the bananas
  3. Add all the wet ingredients to the bananas and mix thoroughly
  4. Add the dry ingredients
  5. Except the raisins
  6. To the wet ingredients and mix with electric mixer 2-3 minutes
  7. Add the raisins last and mix thoroughly
  8. Spray muffin tins with a grease release and fill to the top of muffin tin
  9. Tap muffin tins on counter a couple of times to settle any bubbles in mixture
  10. Bake
  11. Enjoy
