  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
  2. Split chicken breasts to make four half breasts
  3. Place between some plastic wrap& pound to flatten
  4. Layer prosciutto
  5. Jack cheese& sun dried tomatoes
  6. If used
  7. On chicken breasts
  8. Add one or two parsley sprigs
  9. Roll up
  10. Secure with toothpicks
  11. Mix together bread crumbs
  12. Minced parsley
  13. Garlic
  14. Cayenne pepper& parmesan cheese
  15. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter
  16. Then coat with bread crumb mixture
  17. Place chicken breasts in baking dish
  18. Sprinkle with leftover bread crumbs
  19. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until cooked through
