Steps

  1. Heat the oil
  2. Add the onion and garlic
  3. Fry until translucent
  4. Add the masala powder or curry powder and stir in well
  5. Add the chicken with the peppers
  6. Sugar and salt
  7. Stir well until chicken is coated with onion / garlic mixture
  8. Add just enough water to cover the chicken
  9. Cover and cook over medium heat until tender
