i called these suprise bars because of the fact most people are surprised when they find out there is zucchini in here and these are also gluten free! (bet you can't eat just one!)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cream butter with brown sugar and honey
  3. Add the eggs and then the vanilla
  4. Mix well
  5. Combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl
  6. Stir into batter
  7. Stir in the zucchini
  8. Coconut
  9. Walnuts and chocolate chips
  10. Grease a 12 x 9 pan
  11. Pour in batter and bake 35 0 45 minutes
  12. Cool and enjoy !
