sweet mild spicy prawns, easy to prepare and goes well with rice

  1. Shell prawns and slit prawns
  2. Mix all the sauces
  3. Vinegar and sherry in a bowl
  4. Heat oil in skillet
  5. Fry ginger and garlic for 1 min and then put prawns in
  6. Pour in the mixture when prawn is almost cook
  7. Garnish with some spring onions
